Registration fee inclusions

Full Conference registration fee for Surgeons and Registrars, includes lectures, discussion of surgery, official meeting documents, lunch and coffee breaks and admission to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Accommodation, meals for partners and additional tickets for the Social Functions are not included in the registration fee.

Plastic Surgery & nursing staff and Plastic Surgery trainees are encouraged to attend at the subsidised registration fee. Registration includes all the lectures, meals and bus transfers, as well as a ticket to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.

Additional tickets can be purchased for the social functions should you wish to bring a guest. 

Day registrations do not include tickets to social functions.

Cancellation Policy

*To allow us to meet our conference commitments, registrations received after January 9th 2017 will be subject to a price increase (see table above). Any registrations made onsite at the event or online during the event are subject to an additional fee. 
Cancellations made prior to December 31 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between January 1 and January 31 2017 are subject to a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made following February 1 2017 due to commitments that will be made at this time to the venues.

Please note credit card surcharges will not be refunded at any stage.
