Registration Fee Inclusions
Full Conference registration fee includes all the lectures, discussion of surgery, lunch and coffee breaks and admission to AAPSW Cocktail reception.
Accommodation and additional meals for participants and/or partners are not included in the registration fee.
Terms and Conditions
The Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS) does not accept any liability for any losses incurred pre, post or during the Workshop due to unforeseen cancellation or postponement. In the unlikely event of the Workshop being cancelled, no refunds will be issued. All available funds will be credited towards a future workshop/s.
All fees are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST.
Cancellations made prior to December 18 2026 will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made from December 19 2026 due to financial commitments entered into with suppliers at this such time. Please note credit card surcharges and booking fees will not be refunded at any stage.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, including no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. The fee will be calculated based on the total number of room nights cancelled, multiplied by the applicable accommodation rate.
