Dr. Ashley Gordon

Dr. Ashley Gordon, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and co-founder of Restora Austin Plastic Surgery Centre in Austin, Texas. She is internationally recognized for her work in aesthetic and complex revisionary breast surgery, and for her algorithm for the use of biologic and absorbable scaffolds in primary and revision breast surgery.
Dr. Gordon trained at LSU School of Medicine and completed general surgery training in New York. She was a postdoctoral scholar at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, then did her plastic surgery residency at Emory University and an Aesthetic and Oculoplastic Surgery fellowship at Paces Plastic Surgery in Atlanta. She was the first board-certified female plastic surgeon in Austin to be fellowship-trained in aesthetic surgery.
A dedicated educator, she has co-chaired The Aesthetic Society’s Residents’ Symposium and Premier Global Hot Topics, as well as the Miami Breast Aesthetics Cadaver Course. She received the 2025 Scott Spear Award for Best Breast Presentation. She serves on the Motiva advisory board and is part of the USA early experience program for Preservé. Dr. Gordon is also a founding member of the Tanzanian Project, which provides humanitarian reconstructive surgery.
Dr Jesse Kenton-Smith

Dr. Jesse Kenton-Smith FRCS, FRACS is a qualified surgeon in both NZ and the UK and holds surgical fellowship qualifications in both countries.
Jesse completed his Specialist Plastic Surgical training in New Zealand in 2001 and has been in Private Practice since 2003. Jesse was also a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and a Senior Lecturer in Plastic Surgery at Christchurch Public Hospital from 2003-2016. Since 2017, Jesse has focused entirely on his private practice and his surgical charity missions.
Jesse has always had a special interest in repairing the noses, palates and lips of babies born with cleft lips and palates. He completes at least one overseas charity mission per year as a cleft lip and palate surgeon.
